高职院校食品检验专业“课题化教学模式”探究

摘要:为了适应对高年级食品检测专业学生应用实践能力培养的要求,在食品检验课堂教学中探索引入课题化教学的理念,在教学内容上注重科学性、研究性、实用性,形成了适合课题化教学的组织模式。通过对比实验,发现课题化教学模式组学生综合能力显著高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。该教学模式的实施有助于激发学生学习的主动性,锻炼学生的科研思维,培养学生的创新意识,对实践应用型人才的培养具有重要意义。

Study on the“Subject-based Teaching Model”for the Food Inspection Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractTo meet the requirements of application and practice ability for senior students majoring in food inspection, the idea of subject–based teaching was introduced into the teaching of food inspection. With the scientific, research–oriented and practical teaching content, an organization methodology adapted for the subject–based teaching was established. By comparing between two groups, it was noticed that the comprehensive ability of students in the subject–based teaching group was significantly higher than in the traditional teaching group, the difference being statistically significant (P<0.05). Implementation of the teaching model could help stimulate student’s initiative in learning, train students’ scientific thinking and cultivate their creativity, thus significantly contributing to the training of “applied talents”.
